Paper in Place HEIC worker adapter: the worker and preflight adapter are provided under LGPL-3.0-or-later. Worker source, preflight source, orientation source, application communication interface, replacement/rebuild instructions and upstream origins, GPL-3.0 text.
@lipoe/browser-qpdf 0.3.1: license; qpdf, zlib and libjpeg-turbo notices. This software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group.
Other browser libraries: pdf-lib, JSZip (MIT license option), PDF.js. Additional PDF.js font/decoder notices accompany the resources in standard_fonts, cmaps and wasm.

These libraries are supplied without warranty, under their respective license terms. You may replace the LGPL components and reverse engineer the combined work for debugging modifications to those components. No integrity check prevents decoder replacement.
